Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the product.

Estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada: 7–20 business days

UK: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These are average estimates. Some orders may arrive earlier or slightly later depending on customs, logistics delays, or high‑volume periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Tracking numbers become active within 2–5 days after shipment.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we cannot change it.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We will do our best to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.


Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at welloria.shop@gmail.com. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address depending on the product and supplier.

Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package. This is not our return location.
